Berrylicious Rolodex Cards

Happy Tuesday! Today I am sharing rolodex cards I made for a swap that I am hosting with a bunch of fellow DT girls from Scrap Our Stash Challenge Blog. I absolutely love the Imaginisce Berrylicious Paper Collection. I won some papers, stamps and stickers from Imaginisce about a month and a half ago and I was hooked right away. What did I do? I bought some more 12 x 12 papers and 6 x 6 sampler from Claudia and Company.

On the front of my cards, I simply scrapped them with the fun Berrylicious papers, matted my picture with the flip side of the paper and on the back I used the flip side of the papers to add some color, stamped the big happy lemon and colored it in with my copic markers, cut it out and adhered it to the card. I added some personal info on the back and my blog address on the front. I may add a button or two but that will be it. The paper speaks for itself! Thanks for popping in, please leave a comment (good or bad) and if you like what you see, please become a follower. :)

Get Well Soon!

Hi all! I made my boss a Get Well Soon card as he had surgery on the 21st. I have been busy creating here and there in between fighting an earache, continuous headaches and my ulcer has come back. Any time I get a chance to craft, I do, because the pains come and go. I am in 4 upcoming hops in April and May, so lots to do. I am thinking about starting my own hop for the beginning of June, just not sure how to go about it.

(click picture to enlarge)

I made the card with a cream colored cardstock, DCWV Le Creme Paper Stack, Stampin Up stamp, Staz On Red and Black Ink. I circled the date of his surgery on the stamped image.

If you have time, stop back tomorrow as I am sharing my rolodex cards I made with Imaginisce's Berrylicious Line. :) Thank you for stopping by.

Claudia and Company/Paper Shelter Challenges

Claudia and Company and The Paper Shelter challenges are up. I was able to do a two for one this week! WooHoo Claudia and Company's challenge is to use 3 of the following colors: lavender, pink/rose, yellow and green. Paper Shelter's challenge is to use flower power. My card has flower pattern paper :) The digi I used is Nina dressed in a bunny suit from Paper Shelter, DCWV Stack, Copics, Spica Glitter, Pebbles Chalk and I-Rock Bling. It's a very simple card but I love it. Sorry the picture didn't come out to bright (click on it to see better), it snowed again last night and it is dreary out.

Got Carrots? Happy Easter (inside)

Take time to visit each store. They both sell fun digi images and Claudia and Company sells paper collections, embellishments, stamps etc. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for stopping by. I hope to have another post Friday. If you like my blog, please become a follower and leave a comment. Thanks, Kimmarie

Cupcake Craft Challenge 134 - Monochromatic

Hello! This was a fun challenge for me. I have a hard time sticking to one color family. I like to scrap with paper stacks so I can mix and match pattern paper without having to think about the colors matching. Paper Collections have made my life so much easier. lol Take a minute and pop over to Cupcake Crafts Challenge Blog and see the details for this challenge and upcoming challenges.

Puddle Jumper Harper is such a cutie with her little dolly friend I put inside the card. Harper can be purchased at By Lori Designs. Lori Boyd is a fantastic artist and a sweet person. I love all her digis because they all make me smile. I used Claudia and Company So Random Sentiments Set-Up/Down Edition, DCWV The Girls Stack, Bazzill Cardstock and Copics. Take time to visit Claudia and Company for lots of great stamps, digis, Paper Collections and more.

Thank you for stopping by. I will have a couple posts this week, please check back towards the end of the week. If you like my blog, I would love for you to become a follower and if you like my card, please leave me some love. I will also be in a few hops through April and May. It feels good to get my Craft On again!

Guest Designer for By Lori Boyd Designs

Two posts in one day, I am finally getting back in the groove of crafting! Yay Me! I can't begin to tell you how excited I am to be the Guest Designer for By Lori Boyd Designs for the month of March. I was honored when Lori emailed me to guest design for her. I love her digi images so much. My daughter, Victoria and I sit in my scraproom for hours coloring these cuties. Today Lori shared two of my four projects on her homepage.

School Girl Lacie is this little cutie's name. I learned how to make this trishutter card from a tutorial from Split Coast Stampers. I love how it turned out and I can't wait to make some more. I used Copic markers and my new papers, A Walk in the Park, purchased through Claudia and Company. You should really check out Claudia's store, awesome products, some By Lori Boyd digis are sold here as well and fantastic customer service!

This adorable girl is Emery! My girlfriend, Jana taught me how to make this milk carton container. Love it! I am going to fill it with treats and give it to someone for Mother's Day.

Thank you for visiting my blog. I hope you enjoyed my creations. Come back soon as I will be posting some more digi projects from Lori Boyd. I will also be appearing in 3 upcoming blog hops mid April into May. Lots of blog candy will be given away.

Make sure you go visit By Lori Designs and do some fun shopping, you won't be disappointed. Lori also has a challenge blog to inspire you with your digis HERE

Happy St. Patrick's Day and A Layout

Happy St. Patrick's Day

I made this 8 x 8 layout of my mom and her siblings a couple years ago. Picture left to right are Uncle Bobby (RIP), Aunt Adeline, Aunt Buster, my Mom and Aunt Mary. I love this picture of them at the St Patty's Day Parade in Hoboken 2008.
