Two of my Layouts featured at Scrap Our Stash Blog

Well today was the last day (you still have until midnight) to enter our January challenge at Scrap Our Stash Blog. The challenge is to use something that you received as a Christmas present (either this year or in the past years). Check SOS blog tomorrow to see who the winner for January is and what February's Challenge will be.

For the above layout, I used a sketch from The Scraproom Blog but didn't get it posted in time. Thanks for the inspiration.

Pink Elephant Sketch Challenge/Card for Kelly

I made this card for my cousin Kelly who turned 40 yesterday. I thought it would cheer her up in a funny way. Thanks to the DT at The Pink Elephant for the sketch challenge. You can find their link to the right in the side bar. They always have great challenges and their creations rock!

Hershey Nugget Purse and Mini Clipboard for Emma

I love these mini Valentine Treats - You can find my info on them at:

This mini clipboard measures approx 2 x 3 inches. Emma said it was her clipboard so when I altered it for a dt challenge at
I made sure I put her name on it. She put a tiny picture of her and Sara on it. :)

Believe in Yourself

I love Rusty Pickle's Pirate Princess line! I did a smoosh album and this layout so far. I will post pictures of the smoosh album in a few days. I love this picture of Victoria with the added chipboard crown and bling. She is a princess in her own way! (not too girlie) The preprinted journaling reads: Don't call me a goddess, don't call me a Queen, just call me the cutest lil Princess you've ever seen. - so cute!

Lee's Hawaiian, Daughtry and Kid's Camping Out

Great way to end 2009 we took the girls to one of our favorite restaurants, Lees Hawaiian Islander then back home to a quick cleaning of the living room so we could get comfy and watch Daughtry live on Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve countdown! The girls decided they wanted to camp out in the living room. We were freezing!!! Emma fell asleep around 10pm, I took a nap from 10:40 to 11:50 but not Victoria she actually stayed up until midnight. So proud of her, she was very determined to stay up and watch the ball drop. I woke up just in time to watch it with her. Mark fell asleep in bed around 9:30, so I just wished him happy New year now. lol Sara went out with Travis and his family and got home around 1:30 or so. All in all it was a good night.

Victoria watching all the happy people in Time's Square and laughing with Emma.

Emma all cozy on the living room floor.... she had a bad case of the giggles

Max is all pooped out. Not sure why - All he does is sleep. lol

Our tree after Santa came.

I hope that everyone has a Happy Healthy New Year. xoxoxo
